If ordering by credit card please make sure you include your full card number, expiry date, security code (only on Mastercard and VISA) and valid from and issue number (only on Switch and SOLO cards). Please make sure Cheques and Postal orders are made payable to Stringtown Supplies and also write your full name and address on the back of any postal orders.

Delivery

Please note that we will only ship to the cardholders address.

Immediate service not available if paid by cheque, or for packets sent out on Overseas or BFPO delivery.

• URGENT DELIVERIES: Next day (24 hour) delivery is £6.50 extra. Two to three day (48-72 hour) delivery is £4.50 extra. Saturday delivery is £25.00.
• 24 HOUR ORDERS: If ordered Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs is £6.50 for following day delivery. If ordered Friday, £6.50 for Monday delivery, £25.00 for Saturday delivery.
• 48/72 HOUR ORDERS: Mon/Tues/Wed is £4.50 for 2-3 day delivery. If ordered Thursday, £4.50 for Mon/Tues delivery. If ordered Friday, £4.50 for Tues/Wed delivery.

Outlying areas urgent deliveries

• 48 HOUR: Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles, £25.00 standard rate. Saturday delivery - P.O.A - All other orders sent to these areas are sent by ParcelForce with an ETA of 7 to 9 days.

Guarantee and general

All our goods are checked before despatch. If you are not satisfied in any way, please phone us first to arrange return of the goods to us within 10 days. The goods must be returned in a new and unused condition to warrant a refund. Refunds are issued at the end of each month. Please DO NOT return goods using our Freepost address. The postage will be refunded if the goods are proven to be faulty.

• The supplier may vary the spec on some of the goods sold, we will notify customers before despatch if this is the case.

Overseas Postage

Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands, Europe and Rest of World: Postage and packing is included in all our prices. However these prices DO NOT include overseas postage. So if you are paying by credit card we will calculate your overseas postage and charge the amount to your account. Datapost urgent delivery service is also available. Please note that we cannot send any gas products or blank ammunition by Air Mail.

BFPO Postage

Due to changes in BFPO overseas postage rates, we now have to charge for despatching BFPO packets. ON ALL BFPO ORDERS, PLEASE ADD THE £9.00 POSTAGE. This amount covers the cost of sending the packet to the BFPO main centre in London, despatch to the overseas BFPO address and insurance of the goods in transit.

Delivery Address

WE CAN ONLY SEND GOODS TO THE CARDHOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. We check all names and addresses with the card issuers.
